Default Alternator Amps
OK this is not about a Chevy alternator. My friend has a 2009 Dodge Avenger 4 cyl. The sites list a 115 and a 140 amp alternator for this car. It has air, etc. The car is not around here. Which alternator should I use? Price is a factor and the 115 amp alternator is cheaper.

115 is fine for normal use.
