Default aluminum heads

Just wondering if anybody knows anything about the pontiac racing heads for the 90 degree v6 engines... casting number 10045449... wanting to put them on my 1989 4.3L v6 and cant find much info on them

I dont know anything about those heads but brodix makes aluminum hi performance heads for the 4.3

these heads are 223cc intake runner and 81ccex runner . they require offset rockers and custom length push rood. i do believe they require the 2pc gm intake manifold 10051125 and10051126.
By the size of the runners these seems hi rpm heads for the street .
i never ran my 10045449 heads as they are new casting they require some machining the same goes for the intake manifold .
for the street bang for the buck vortec heads with non adjustable rocker works well with minimal mod .

i'm looking for some info aswell, are these 18/23* what size valves how much rocker offset etc.
