bigger tires

I got a 99 blazer ls I'm looking to put bigger tires on cause I do a lot of surf fishing and sometimes the sand is way to soft and it gets stuck so what would you recommend with out going nuts

If you have no lift or body modification, 30s will fit fine without any rubbing issue.
