blower dosen't work on high

Default blower dosen't work on high
works on 1,2, and 3 blower settings, 4 does not work at all (a/c or heat)

what should I check/replace?

Default Heater control
I had a simular problem with a 92' S-10 blazer. I replaced the upper controller. Easy fix. Unscrew you heater controls. Unclip the rear wires and remove the two rear screws. Replace control with new. Thats it.
