The AC/heater blower in my 01 s10 works only when the fan speed is on 1 and 3, but not at all on 2 and 4. Any ideas where to start troubleshooting?

If it's not the switch likely it's the resistors for the blower speed.

To get to it, you have to cut the box on the firewall in the engine bay. I'd recomend getting it done.
