Default blown driverside headlight on a 2003 chevy blazer

My brother-in-law's 03 Blazer driver-side headlight just blew. He bought the new bulb and we couldn't find the screws to remove the lens to replace the bulb. If anyone has done this on their truck or knows how to replace it please tell me so I can get it fix before he gets a ticket for it.
Thanks for all the help,
Dan

You got pull up tabs on it that need to be removed to take the headlight out. They are plastic and they are on the inner side of the radiator core.
