I had a similar problem (wet carpet beside drivers side pillar)which was diagnosed by local dealer to be an incorrectly hooked up drain hose for the sunroof.

you probably have typical sippage around the windshield seal, pillar A. you can pry weatherstripping off on the windshield, it is very easy to do even with a finger, or plastic spatula, and pack the gap you'll see with silicone sealant. or get a caulk gun, load silicone cartridge in, stick nozzle into that gap about 4 inches towards the midline, on the top pf the windshield, and fill that gap all the way down to the hood with sealant. shape of the nozzle itself will push weatherstrip away.

Default 2001 Chevy Silverado passenenger side wet, suspect AC drain plugged

I have a 2001 Siverado with a soking wet passenger side when running the AC. I'm sure the drain is plugged. Does anyone know where it's located, and the most effective way to clean it out?

@willyb1, sounds like your heater coil is out. When those usually go out they start leaking. It is usually behind the glove box. No easy way to clean, pull the carpet far as you can, use a wet vac. it will start to smell moldy if not address quickly. Good luck.

its also very common in these models to leak from the top of the back glass which after sitting in the rain can seep down into the carpet on the floorboard.
