Hello all well when i tried to reinstall my gas tank i guess i broke the fuel tank vent valve on the top of the tank. does anybody know if this is replaceable? or do i have to make a trip to the old junk yard for a new tank?

 

yeah you can get the part from the dealership. Not sure what the part is called, but its the top part of the fuel gooseneck. You have to change the whole top of the gooseneck, not just simply the splashback flap.

 

up to a 1998 you can change this valve is what im being told, from then on it was made into the tank and there is no way to change it. 100 bucks at the junk yard to buy a tank and we should have it ready to go tommrow.
