I have this truck, only 60,000 miles. oil pressure zoomed up , then down, then up, so the mechanic replaced the oil pressure gauge. now it only reads about 20 lbs, when the truck warms up , and the check gauges light flashes on. any ideas?

 

hello, hate to say it but the gage should befine, no replacement needed. sounds like you need a oil pressure switch, auto zone has them for 22.99 change this out and see if there is improvment hope this helps.
