Default Cleaning engine block after head gasket failure

Anybody have any suggestions on cleaning the inside of the block after a head gasket failure.

Ive got emulsified oil like everywhere inside the engine, its like mayoonaisse. I am worried that just leaving this garbage in there is going to cause some problems after I put everything back together.

Would an immediate engine flush be recommended after reassembly.?

Thanks! Sounds like the simplest way to do it with out tearing out the engine or oil pan.
