1993 s10 4.3 has seems full of r34a

is there a fuse or relay because we just filled the system

If you just filled the system, the compressor would have been running

my 93 5.7 needed a low pressure switch found on the condenser

You can unplug the cable from the low pressure switch and jump the wires to test it.
