Welcome from Florida. You said you have aa 4.3 engine but the one you pictured is for a 4 cylinder. Check Ebay, I saw same there, they are used and expensive.

Yes, that injector is still available, but it is becoming harder to find. You will need to look for the exact CPI/MFI version for your 1995 Chevrolet S10 4.3 L. Check specialist parts suppliers, salvage yards, or older stock.
