Default Does this include 88-98 c/k 1500? First timer

Looking for some guidance on my old Cheyenne, don't want to post in wrong place but here goes.
got a 1993 cheyenne with a rebuilt 4.3 liter TBI. Very dependable truck. Got stolen a while back but was recovered & still ran. They took the tailgate (or it fell off) steering column, windshield wipers & seat covers. So it had no proper key ignition, just the rod I push in. Used to struggle starting but a little spray starter fluid fire right up. Over time in routine maintenance replaced oil/fuel filters, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, plugs, wires, distributor rotor...more recently replaced water pump, ran good then. Starting having crank no start condition. Replaced ICM, TBI, eventually took it to shop. They figured they could fix it with new plugs, wires, distributor, ($525). But that didn't work, they gave up & took out what they put in, just charged me for tow.
I'm really hoping I can get in there with a test light & check relays, sensors, fuses, hoses wiring harnesses etc. But I'm flying blind at this point. Any and all ideas appreciated.
