Are you trying to take out the window crank (handle) or the regulator? If you are trying to take the crank off to get the door panel off, their a c type clip on the back side that holds it on. They make tools to remove them but a screwdriver or two and some paticence usually works. If you are trying to take the regulator off, if it hasn't been taken off yet it is rivited to the door frame with some rather large rivits.
