GPS mounting
I have a 2000 Chevy s10 LS cab (2x2). I'm considering getting a GPS unit. I'm wondering how any S10 owners have mounted thier GPS units in their trucks?
I'm looking to get a 4.3" - 5.2" GPS unit. I've looked at the dashboard to see where it would be a good spot for it. there was one possible area and thats the 4X4 transfer case/defrost switch area which is currently occupied by a plastic cover.
I'm leaning toward Garmin.
any comments welcome!
