hard key to turn
hello i have a issue maybe somebody has run into before .i have a 1985 s-10 pick up with only a few mile's ,133,425.00 and the ignition key switch is hard to turn when the temperature drops below 40 degree's the colder it get the worse it get . a little history about 5 year's ago i replaced the switch when the key broke off .it's weird that it is hard to turn when it get's cold.
i can only drive it when it is warm out, when cold i have to rely on my 2500hd that only get's 8 mpg .and i have a plow on it !
