03 s10 the high nor low beam lights will come on?? I have checked all fuses, changed the headlight switch, cleaned the grounds on the radiator support were the head light ground wires are, removed all the headlight blubs and tested them all good. check the head light plugs with test light and there is power at them cilcked the dimer switch as i tested for power at the plugs all good, plug the blubs back in and tested the wire going up to the blubs and there is power on both wires going into the blubs but the blubs will not lignt up ??

 

The bulbs must not be making a good connection when plugged into the sockets.
