Hi Guys and Gals I am replacing the carpet in my Blazer. Their are 4 Torx head bolts in the Rear Trunk area that anchor cargo net hooks to the floor and I am having a very hard time finding the correct size Torx and not stripping the bolts. I've tried to heat them up but these bad boys are super tight and I think I am not using the right size torx, every one I have tried is slightly too big or too small. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

 

Welcome to Chevy! I have a 93 Suburban so just checked mine for you. 45 is a nice snug fit, 40 seemed ok at first till I got the crud out of the hole. Maybe try cleaning with a wire brush and a bit of oil or solvent. I had mine out a long time ago!
