Default Help- Oriface Tube Location

Ok guys, stupid question where is the oriface tube located on a 2002 Chevy S-10 ZR2 4.3 liter. I am getting ready to replace my compressor due to a cluch lockup. If anyone has a picture from a manual to post or email me that would be great.

Thanks in advance
Dewey3491

P.S. Found this site http://www.discountacparts.com/ for $285 got the compressor, receiver/dryer, oriface tube, seal kit, and PAG oil.

"Orifice Tube" is kind of a colloquial term for the "Metering Device" or "Capillary Tube"
It should be located directly before the evaporator coil.

in the high side line, there is a place in the line where it looks crimped, thats the spot, better do a really good flush and replace the evap, or condensor if you start getting iron particles, that is unless you wanna do it again
