Default Huge gas mileage drop with 2005 S10 Blazer

I recently purchased a used S10 Blazer. Vehicle had host of DTCs with visible Service Engine Soon light.
Drove it home from sellers location 120 miles away. Filled it up, mostly highway driving, 70-75 mph on the return trip. Filled up immediately at home. Calculated mileage at 24.5 miles per gallon! Really excited because my other 2002 210 crew cab gets only 15.

Drove for a few days then car began to not idle and would die. Gas mileage dropped to about 11 miles per galleon. Drop in gas mileage from 24.5 to 10 without doing anything to the vehicle.

While getting 25 mpg gallon the vehicle had the DTCs related to fuel vent valve, O2 sensor, Max air flow, fuel pump level high voltage signal. These existed while getting 25 mpg. They were not the cause for the mileage drop. Nothing changed or fixed at the time the drop occurred.

Had to manuall adjust the idle level to get the vehicle to idle when stopped.

Decided to address the DTCs.
Replaced canister vent valve solenoid.
Replaced bank 2/1 O2 sensor.
Replaced Max air flow sensor.
Still have fuel level high level voltage code. Fuel pump works fine. Gauge is erratic that causes the high voltage code.

Any ideas what would cause this significant of a mileage drop. It is not the plugs, or the cable, or the timing. These will not cause an overnight drop of this magnitude.

Ideas?
Thanks,

Had to manually adjust idle scree to keep vehicle running when stopped.
