Hey guys and dolls,

I'm looking for a first mod for my gmc jimmy w/4.3l. I'm not sure how long I'm planning on keeping this truck cuz its getting older and I'm worried about the dependability; 60 mile round trip commute everyday. However, it has been good to me and I'd like to try and keep t and fix it up.

Ideas?

I was thinking about performance mods first.

Guess what? The dam heater core went out again! I say again because its happen twice now in 2 years. Any ideas on that one?

Sometimes when a new heater core is put in, debris can get inside and cause premature failure.

Performance... I would say go with exhaust first. get you a magnaflow or a flowmaster. I've heard good things about both.

I don't know....Its just a pain in the butt! Two years ago was the heater coil, then the raditor this summer, and then the heater again!
