Injector issues?

Injector issues?
OK Guys, hopefully you can help me out here.
I have a 02 S10 4.3 crew cab. It keeps jerking when I go down the road, real quick, like its not getting fuel. It absolutely will not start until the third try. It has a less than one year old fuel pump, sparks plugs, and wires. this all happened before, and I was told to replace the spider injectors. I did it, and its worked fine for over a year until last week. the warranty on the injector was only a year. I don't know if I have bad luck or if these injectors just go bad. The VIN is a "W" Vin, and the truck also throws a code that amounts to my gas cap not being on tight, which it is always on tight. The code comes and goes depending on what day it is. Any ideas?
