Knock sensor , check engine light ?
97', S-10 , pickup 4X4, 4.3. I had a 04' , 4.3 installed . Mechanic did not install the
knock sensor . I believe I have connected the sensor from the 04' engine. Check engine light came on and is reading the code for knock sensor ? I'm not even sure there is a hole for the 97' sensor in the block ?
