License Plate Light Frame/Cover?

License Plate Light Frame/Cover?
The license plate lights on my 2000 Chevy Blazer each have a black frame/cover which holds the lights in place. One of these black plastic frames popped off while going through the carwash, and I can't seem to find any place that carries replacements. Any suggestions on where I can find this part?
