Default Lifted Blazer leaning to the right

My son has a 1993 S-10 Blazer. We bought it just the way it is with a 3" lift and 31x10.50 tires on it. He took me somewhere today and I noticed at low speeds it rumbles...I thought it was the off-road tires. On closer inspection, the Blazer is leaning to the right (drivers side). There is about a 3-4" difference from the left side. The tire is not rubbing. Any ideas why its leaning and making the noise?

Have you checked to see if the torsion bar bolt is missing?
