Hi Everyone,

Hoping can get some help in aligning my liftgate glass. Had to put a used one on from the same year, make, part number, etc. as my last one exploded. The glass fits ok but needs to go left just a 1/4 inch. Is there an adjustment for these things?? Where the hinge meets the body is a direct fit. There is a guide pin to line the hinge up with the screw hole. No room there for an adjustment. However, where the hinge meets the glass there is a 10mm bolt on the underside of the glass where I thought I might be able to adjust the glass. There has to be a way. I find it hard to believe GM made this a direct fit, take what you get kinda install. Do I need to use the old hinges?? I'll be digging them out of the trash just in case. Any help would be appreciated.
