Default Motor swap spark advance

Ok I recently blew the motor in my 2000 S10 2.2. well I have a 95 2.2 S10 engine. I took the head and various other external parts from the 2000 and put on the 95 block. Well when I started running the wiring harness I came to the plug for the camshaft positioning sensor. I looked for it and looked for it on my motor and there just isn't a port for the sensor on the block. Not the other hand the ignition module on the 95 block has a 3 plug module. It it possible to wire the plug from the 2000harness to the module on the 95 block and make it fire correctly

A 1995 vehicle uses OBD I. OBD II came out in 1996. It MIGHT be possible to rewire it to work, but I cannot say for certain. I'd check out YouTube to find an answer.
