5.7L 350, 4 bolt main

The truck sat up for a few years so I dropped the gas tank, cleaned it, installed new fuel sending unit, tested and cleaned the injectors, and put new pigtails on the injectors and everything ran fine.

I stomped the gas and popped the clutch (I know, stupid right?) And it cut off when the front two wheels hit the ground.

I can get fuel if I short out the injectors to ground. But still no spark.

I've since replaced the distributor, the pickup coil, the ignition control module, the ignition coil, and the ECM.

Still no fuel and no spark.

Suggestions?
