No matter how much i tighten the bolt, it doesn't seen to thread into the sleeve and farther. there is what looks like a washer on the inside that spins with the bolt. I'm not sure if its suppose to be stationary or not. but every time i get tension on the cable its spins back and loosens up. its a s10 2.2 liter extended cab. Please help!
