Okay so I recently purchased a 91 Chevy S10 Tahoe.
I don't know much about Chevy's so I am not 100% certain if I have the 4.3L or the 2.8L V6. I am thinking it is the 4.3 after some research but need to know for sure.
Here is a picture under the hood. Please let me know which it is.

Check the 8th of the VIN. For 1991, A or E means 2.5L L4 and B or Z, 4.3L V6.
