Problem w/S10 Lights

Problem w/S10 Lights
When I turn my high beams on my passenger side light turns off (the low and high beam does not work). Also my brakelight/turn signal on my passenger side does not work, I tried replacing the bulb but that did not fix the problem. Does this sound like a wiring problem or could it be my fuse?
