I have a 2000 S10 Blazer 2 door 5 speed. I need an axle shaft for my vehicle. I called the dealership and they said it is discontinued does anybody know where I might be able to purchase or have this axle shaft made. The part number I got from the dealership is 26058079. My truck only has 90000 miles on it and I would hate to have to take it off the road for something as simple as an axle shaft. The rear end is 342 gears and 8.5 ring gear 30 spline at 28 15/16 long. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated

didnt even think they would carry something like that. but be warned theyre return policy sucks even if its a manufacture issue, you still have to pay to return the item

 

How many splines is the axle shaft you are looking for. What's the length over all of the original one.
