Default Rear brake line size

I have a 1998 Chevy S10, LS-body, 4.3L V-6, w/rear drum brakes. I wish to replace the rear brake line, (that is leaking) from the (front) RWAL control unit, to a line connection, that is located halfway to the left rear wheel. My question is: Am I seeking to purchase a standard (1/4-inch) line, or a metric line(w/metric connectors)?

Default

buy the imperial size line....1/4 or 3/16....you can put either metric iso bubble flares and fittings on the line or standand fittings and double flares on the standard size tubing.
