Default Removing intake manifold on a '93 S-10

I need to remove the intake from my '93 S-10 with the 4.3 V-6 and throttle-body fuel injection, but I don't know where to pry to get it off (all the bolts are out). Being aluminum, I'm worried about breaking it.....there is a bit of an ear at the front of the driver's-side, but I'm afraid of applying a lot of force to that (with cast iron intakes, or ones that aren't stuck, I'll put a flat screwdriver between the intake and block and tap on that). Does anyone know where I should apply force, and how? Also, do I need to remove the oil pressure sender? (it angles over the top of the intake manifold).

Check Youtube. They have several videos that show how it is done.
