GM Part 15149281 Heater Outlet Hose has been discontinued. I can't find a replacement anywhere. The metal pipe section of this part number has a small hole and is blasting a steam-like cloud of coolant right at the oil check/fill. Is there an aftermarket hose that can be used to replace this? Perhaps one single piece of heater hose that removes the metal tube?

 

maybe cut the failed section out and replace it with standard heater hose/clamps. Careful not to collapse the tube with the clamps.

 

This place says they have it. It is worth checking it out. You should also be able to improvise something to take it's place.
