I've replaced nearly everything! still shakes, driving me nuts. Any ideas?

Give soem more info on teh vehicle, YR/Motor/trans. What exactly have you replaced?

it's 91' S-10 4x4 blazer. 4.3 tbi. what I've replaced: engine(both shake at idle) injectors,tps, idle air control, o2 sensor, fuel presure regulator, map sensor, vacumm hoses, distributor, harmonic balancer, and all the other tune-up items. btw motor was reman. But shakes same as old one.

How about bad motor mounts?

changed them with the engine. I think I'm gonna check junk yard for a brain and see if that fixes it.
