Default S10 Power Steering Question

Hello all. I have a 2003 s10 Xtreme I have been working on. The power steering pump was bad, so I replaced it. The rubber grommet that holds the filler tube/dipstick is rotted. I cannot find one anywhere. does anyone know the actual name or where i can get one? Thanks in advance

As much as I appreciate the help I don’t think that is it. I’m looking for what’s in the picture.
