I have a 95 s10 4.3 vortec, recently it would be very hard to start, i would have to use quick start to get it running. I changed the fuel filter nothing. Now it dosent start. I checked for spark and found no spark from the wires to the plugs. Whent to local auto wreckers thinking maybe it was the coil, changed that and still wont fire. Any thoughts Im stummped. Any suggestions would be much appriciated!

 

check for power going to the distributor using a test light to see if u have power to it, just helps in figuring out the problem

 

Thanks for the response, but where would i touch the tester on the distributer to check
