Default Thermometer sensor

My 99 S10 Blazer's overhead console thermometer reads around 5 degrees more than it should. Do any of you guys know where the sensor is located??? Thanks.

all the GM sensors I've see have been either on the bracket that holds the tranny cooler in front of the radiator or on a bracket in front of the side of the openimg in the core support.
