I am selling my 2002 Blazer 4x4 and I listed it as having a tow package. After doing some research I am not really sure that I do. I thought I had the tow package because of the two hooks located on both sides of the front bumper. I am not sure if that is part of a tow package or something unrelated after seeing alot of posts about a hitch which was not on the Blazer when I bought it. So, if someone could enlighten me as to whether I have a tow package or not before I get calls and have to tell them I don't, thanks in advance.

those hooks on your front bumper are only for if you have to pull something out like if someone got stuck in a ditch, you use those for support. your towing package is on the rear bumper. if you dont have already a ball, in the middle where your license plate is theres a square cover to where you can put a ball in.
