Default What is it and where does it go?

I recently bought a 1995 S10 LS 4wd and I need some help identifying a part. The vacuum system seems to be disconnected. It runs good but I have unplugged lines including this one. Can anybody help me solve where it goes. What is it and where does it go?-img_0850.jpg

The motor is a 4.3 and I have attached a picture of the diagram. Anything that you see would be a big help. Thanks

White and either a dull rust color or a faded rose color. Its hard to tell with the age and grime.
