Default Wheel/Lift/Exhaust Help please? :)

I own a 1999 s-10 blazer and have been searching around for some new wheels & tires. Im looking to eventually lift my s10 and get a bigger/wider wheel and tire and kinda wondering what size rims/tires to get.

Ive found on mikey thompson rims @ 5x4.75" (120.65mm) and a width of 8"-10", and my s10 stock is 5x4.75" with a width of 7" i believe?

im not real sure what rim and tire size to get with stock lift that will fit and still look good once i do lift my s10.

thanks to anyone who can help me out, sorry im not real car knowledged.

You don't want to go too big. A rim width of 10" would be overboard. I'd go with 8".
17 inch diameter rims always look better than the stock 15s, so go that route as well .

You want to be careful when selecting tires. You can easily go overboard in that dept. Some good tires that are good looking, but not too wild would be:
-Goodyear Wrangler MT/R
-Goodyear Wrangler DR
-Cooper Zeon LTZs
-Cooper S/T
-BFGoodrich Radial All Terrain T/A KO
-BFGoodrich Rugged Trail T/A
-General Grabber AT2

brent good answer, putting something like a 10" wheel with big tires on a truck with ifs is going to swallow front end parts(unless you upgrade all the front)17's are a great choice...you want loud exhaust?flowmaster with big pipe running from the exhauist manifold or cheap would be glasspacks...i find my 40 series flows are loud as hell...and lots of drone on long highway trips...
