Will a 1991 V6 4.3 Fit in a 1995?
I am currently basically after what my title says, will the 1991 engine fit in a 1995? I do know that things will have to be transferred and such, but is this a doable swap? Have had difficulty finding a 1995 4.3 vortec engine, have considered rebuilding the old one?
I was wondering if you can swap a 1999 Vortec Engine into a 1989 Chevy Blazer?

merlin, welcome to the forums.
first, always start your own thread. "hijacking" another thread, even a similar one, is highly frowned at.
also, give all the info you can. you asked if you can swap a 99 vortec into an 89 s10. are we talking a vortec v8, or the vortec v6? both can be done, but need alot of mods to be done. the v8 requires more work than the v6 just because of the size. there is ALOT to take into consideration with this kind of swap. i've done quite a few v8 conversions in the s10's. none of which was a simple drop in, bolt up and done.
