Default wipers

I replaced the wiper motor and fuse and my wipers still won't work can anybody help me i was wondering could it be something to do with the signal switch arm it is a 199 chevy blazer

Check to see if the relay is still working 1st.

It is very possible that you have a bad switch. Check all the wires coming to and from the wiper motor, and then the wires at the switch.

I had a similar problem like this happen to me. Check to see if the bolts on wiper arms are loose. I had the drivers side wiper flopping all over the place the repair shop just tightened the bolts on both side.
