Question 01 S10 2.2L Sea Foam Screwed my Engine up

I have had this truck for only 3 months from a used car dealer. I bought some sea foam because everyone says its the miracle formula... Well I put 1/3 in my fuel tank, 1/3 in my crank case , and sipped the rest into the main intake vacuum hose thats connected to the brake booster. I drove it around for about 10-15min. and a knock developed in the bottom of the engine. I went to buy some oil and a filter to change it and I didnt make it home. The engine got so tight that it stalled when i pulled in autozone. I tried to start it again and it cranks very slow like theres no lubercation, but its not totally seized up. I think it screwed up the rod bearings. IDK. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it without replacing the engine??????????Please help...

Did the crankcase have enough oil in it? A 1/3 of a can of Seafoam in a full crankcase will not hurt it!
