Thanks to BBE,Imp, Bigrod, and Hemi for the help on making the mod work for me. I still have to hook it up to the car but the project box is done. This mod was very complicated. Now I know the reason why he wouldnt do the mod for other people. I took a bunch of pictures so if anyone has any questions let me know.
Thanks again BBE
Anyways here are a few pics of the work:

Are the holes all there in the back of that where those lenses are so all you have to do is get sockets and wiring and run it from the normal tail lights? Or do you have to make the holes to mount the sockets for the bulbs? You will have to type up a set of instructions for us who want to do the mod. Looks really nice and would make it even safer at night.
EDIT
wow, my bad. It looks like you had to make the area for the mounting of the sockets. Now I really want to know how you did this. Really have to do up instructions. I want some! hehe

The how to is a big complicated but ill see what i can do.
The dome is made out of a salad bowl like. Not glass but stronger than plastic.
Thanks guys.
You will lose your reverse light function. You will have to relocate them

Very interesting. There has to be a way to light it up using like 4 LED bulbs per lens (1 top, 1 bottom, 1 left, 1 right) and have it wired into the brake lights. All while still having the reverse lights. I would have to pull the thing off at some point as see what it looks like back there. Maybe mount each set of 4 sockets for the LED Bulbs to the back of the car. Mount them bulbs so they are not faceing out but more so the bulbs will lay more flush to the body of the car under each tail light lens. Using LED bulbs would be so there is little or no heat and you can get more light out of a smaller source. I bet it would work but would just have to be patient and think the thing out. What do you guys think? Sounds like a fun project.
