How to fix C0561 and P0404 error codes for Chevrolet Equinox 2008 ?
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Equinox
Engine: 3.4L
Year: 2008
Error codes: C0561,P0404
Knowledge level: I know little about cars
Help needed: Please help me find out what is going on and how to fix it.

the circuits at the egr valve need tested but the valve itself is a very common issue on that era of equinox, they are a bit pricey. If that ends up being your issue only use an OEM valve, numerous times I've seen aftermarket still set the code.
