My father and I have been rebuilding a truck and he has since passed away. I must now find a way to sell it and not get screwed (It's too hard to look at it everyday). I'm going to take it to Mecum, but have no idea what to set the reserve at. It's a 91 Chevy 1500, short cab, short bed. Lowered 6 inches, New black paint, xenon headlamps, LED taillamps, Custom interior, black and charcoal grey (except instrument cluster). Engine is a rebuilt syclone engine, with external truboost wastegate and Turbonetics Hurricane ashley turbocharger. Intercooler in grill, Methanol pump. Transmission was rebuilt for performance with 8 clutch plates. New 18" ultrasport black rims with new tires. New dual exhaust with thrush muffs. brakes all redone with heavy duty calipers and rotors. Dyno's at 420. 0-60 around 5 sec give or take. At 17 lbs of boost, it will pin you back and not let up.
