I have a 2018 Duramax and the horn sounded like a foreign car. I recently added a pre production Kleinn Train horn kit with the Blastmaster upgrade. The blastmaster uses 1/2" hose to each horn for full power

Kleinn is the most quality kit available. The kit was bolt on with no drilling , welding or cutting.

sorry I haven’t been on in a while, the price is around 1100. Not cheap but a lot of fun to scare the wife every day

short story...30 years ago my dad's ford tempo was backed into by a large truck...he was on the horn full blast but no effect. He went home and wired in a 2 trumpet air horn...amazingly all under the hood. there was no air tank so when he hit the horn...the factory horn meeped but 1 second later it blasted like a mack truck.
