Default 2018 suburban Voltage drop (hood latch Error)

Hi, I have an error open hood. I did the following
1- checked battery at autozone, it passed
2- I replaced hood latch which I got from dealership
3- I went back to Autozone to check alternator, they said current is low.
4- I bought an alternator and replaced it. That was two days ago. I still got open hood error when pressing windows button only.
5- Today was a hot day 90 degree temperature. As I started the car, I kept getting open hood error none stop every 3 seconds. I also checked the fuses and all good. The AC was on max fan for front and back. I just lowered the fan of AC and error went a way. Weather windows button or AC power consumption, It is clearly voltage drop issue but Do not know what is causing it
please help me.
Thank u

Welcome to the forum. Any idea where the hood latch sensor is?

Default Attached to latch cable

The sensor is inside latch cable. Which is the reason I replaced the latch. Thank u

Is there anyway to test the sensor?

I did some research, the latch has a resistance of 2200 ohom when it is closed. Planning to close the latch manually by a a screwdriver, use multimeter to test it. Although I don't think it is a latch issue. It was same case with old latch

I opened the latch and cleaned the cable by electronics spray cleaner. Still the same. Next, I bought another latch from Amazon and installed it, still same problem. It is not a latch issue. It has to do with computer regulation of power or harness

I replaced the front harness that connect to the hood latch. Now if both ac on max, it does not show open hood error but as soon as I draw more power it does. Like lower window, shift gear.

After doing previous steps. Remove battery cable for 45 minutes at minimum then connect it back. No more error
